I loved this book. It was a perfect blend of urban fantasy and magic. The author did a wonderful job with the characters and I especially loved the heroine. She was unique and very likable. This is a totally different world of faeries and it was such fun to read. I can't wait to read the
next book in the series.
This entry is a really good start to a series. I don't want to give anything away since it looks as though this is the very first review. I will say I really liked the female lead. She was smart, fearless, strong, and rational. At times the story did get confusing, but overall it was a good read. I will definitely be reading the second book.
It wasn't a "couldn't put it down" book, but it was entertaining and an interesting world. I'd recommend it if you're bored.
Very enjoyable. It was a surprisingly quick read. Can't wait to see more in the series. One of my favorite lines from the book would be when it's pointed out that a curse is just magic.
Interesting storyline with characters I want to read about again. Looking forward to the next book.

The mixed world concept was good but not enough detail of characters to be engrossing. Good potential for future realms.
